Shipping within Canada
We ship coffee within Canada at a flat Standard shipping rate of CAD $20 per order.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–8 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Remote destinations, weather and carrier disruptions may cause delays. We will contact you if we anticipate a material delay.
Dispatch and tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking information, where available, will be sent by email when your order is dispatched. Please check your delivery address before placing your order and contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
Delivery assistance
If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email alturacoffeeincc@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
